The short sale of my home coincided with one of the most stressful times of my life, my divorce with two young children involved. Thanks to April the short sale became the least stressful event at that time. I didnt know a thing about real estate or my options in getting out from under the financial strain of my house. She was there to guide me through every step of the process. I have never had a real estate agent so commited and diligent. From the moment she started working with me, I felt like I was her only client. My calls were returned almost immediately, my concerns were always taken seriously and my questions ALWAYS answered even if some major leg work needed to be done on her part. If things were not stressful enough, while negotiating an offer with the bank, my father passed away and I had to fly back to NY. At this point, in NY with no access to my paperwork, I had almost given up. As usual April calmed me down and too my shock had submitted all paperwork and handled all the final sale negotiations of my home.
